NG backed by GVC to dispose of properties
Commercial property specialist NG Chartered Surveyors has once again been instructed by the GVC Group to bring to market a raft of former Ladbrokes Coral premises.
The five units are now surplus to requirements for GVC Group, which has chosen Nottingham-based NG to let premises across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire.
Sunny Landa, head of agency at NG, said: It was a real coup for us to be instructed by Ryan Fairfield of GVC, to dispose of their properties and we’ve had great success with previous instructions we’ve had for our clients.
“We’re now marketing a range of further units across the region, including prime locations in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Stone in Staffordshire, Sheffield, Rotherham and Worksop.
“These units are sited in fantastic retail areas with high footfall and are in excellent condition. They are perfect for growing companies looking to take the next step on their journey on the High Street.
NG’s Ellis and Charlotte will be working closely with Sunny on the GVC portfolio. They are reporting “high levels” of interest in the units and are urging interested parties to make contact.
