Vastly-experienced professional joins construction giant as company secretary

Huthwaite construction firm nmcn has appointed Richard Monro as company secretary.

Monro has over 30 years of construction experience, having previously worked at Redlands, Marshalls and most recently SIG, where he was Group company secretary for 15 years.

He said: “nmcn is a company well known across the country for its contributions to the built environment and water sectors, so I’m really pleased to be joining them.

“I’ll be assisting the main board to achieve their goals and ambitions for the future, and will ensure continued compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. I’m looking forward to learning more about nmcn’s impressive sustainability strategy, financial performance and operational aspects to support future growth opportunities.”
