Estate agency founder set to sell £3m stake in firm

The founder and former chairman of Grantham-based listed estate agency is set to sell £3m of shares in the company.

Mike Goddard is offloading a 5.7% stake in Belvoir Group, which earlier this week said it was reinstating dividend payments after posting impressive first half results which saw revenues increase by 8% to almost £9.8m, while profit before tax rose to £3.2m.

If the placing is successful, Goddard will only have a 0.6% stake in Belvoir remaining.
