Deal agreed for 229-bed student scheme
The University of Nottingham has been named as the tenant for the 229-room DAGFA House student accommodation scheme in Beeston.
The University has taken a 10-year lease on the former Grade II listed school house in a deal brokered by FHP Property Consultants, which acted for Cassidy Group.
Savills acted for the University.
Hargreaves said: “FHP originally acquired this former school site in Beeston for clients four years ago and subsequently sold the site on with the benefit of planning permission to Cassidy Group.”
