Record results for Notts creative agency

Huthwaite-based creative agency CCM Group has reported record-breaking results.

For the group’s financial year ending February 2021, the company has seen a 265% increase in turnover, growing from £2.6m to £9.5m. The firm has also almost tripled its employee headcount from 16 to 46 people.

The results come on the back of a restructure at the firm that began with a relocation and saw the business divided the group into three divisions; CCM Creative, CCM Products and a B2C division, focused on the development of e-commerce brands, the most current being Trusted PPE. The next consumer facing brand, REEL, an eco-friendly electric scooter brand, is set to launch for pre-sale during the second half of the year.

Trent Peek, group firector at CCM, said: “In March 2020, we celebrated the start of our new financial year with a team awayday, setting some pretty ambitious targets and goals, only to find a week later that we’d be launched into a nationwide lockdown. I was determined to not let this be the end of our exciting growth plans, hence making the brave decision to completely revolutionise our business model, a change that soon became the driving force behind what has been CCM’s most monumental year ever, with so much more to come.

“I have a lot to thank our people for, both old and new. Every decision made and executed over the last 12 months was led and championed by our people. Their motivation, dedication and innovation inspires me every single day.”
