Nottingham industrial unit sold in £415,000 deal

A warehouse on the Blenheim Industrial Estate has been sold in a deal worth £415,000.

Acting on behalf of vendor TSS Security System, FHP Property Consultant brokered the deal to sell the unit to Partic Motor Spares.

Chris Proctor of FHP Property Consultants, said: “The property had a high level of interest with a total of four offers received and Partic Motor Spares were the selected party who completed quickly and performed extremely professional throughout the process. Vik Moothia of Landsmiths (formerly Elvin Moore) was additionally impressive with the quick turn around on the legals to have this transaction over the line for the client.”

Jack Beard of Partic Motor Spares said: “Unit 7F is adjacent to our current unit on Blenheim Court and will be a welcomed addition as we look to grow the business further. We are looking to increase our stock holding at our Nottingham branch and the additional 4,687 sq ft will be a key factor in this.
