North Notts care home sold following ‘multiple offers’

Healthcare business broker NGA Care has sold Red Oaks Community Care in north Nottinghamshire on behalf of Red Homes Healthcare Group to RKP Investments.

Red Oaks provides residential care for the elderly for up to 40 residents in village of Forest Town close to Mansfield, and is rated Requires Improvement by the CQC.

Roger Daniel CEO of Red Homes Healthcare Group said: “I trusted NGA Care to handle the sale, as Nick actually sold the care home to me previously and I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Also having seen that NGA are selling a high number of care homes in the Midlands, I knew they were the right brokerage to represent me.”

Nick Greaves, Managing Director at NGA Care, who handled the sale added: “The quality of the care home asset and the provision of care that the staff are providing is second to none. It has been a pleasure dealing with Roger and despite the challenges brought about by the pandemic, we are extremely pleased to have concluded the deal.”

He added: “We generated multiple offers on this business, the market is very active and we urgently require further care homes in all areas for waiting buyers.”

Ian Thompson of Hopkins Solicitors represented Red Homes Healthcare Group and Mukesh Murria of Murria Solicitors acted for RKP Investments Ltd.
