A new digital agency has been launched that has brought together three East Midlands companies under the name of The Digital Maze.

Ian Lancaster and the founders of Frogspark, Rob Twells and Liam Nelson, will head the company, which sees Boom Online Marketing, Evolve Retail and Frogspark acquired by the Digital Maze.

The trio says the new company is aimed at becoming a “one-stop shop” for marketing and development. The three brands will remain trading and will work together to deliver a full range of services to their customers.

Lancaster (founder of TwentyCi behavioural data agency), co-founder of The Digital Maze said: “We conceived the idea to bring together a group of innovative digital agencies with excellent management teams and thought leaders in their specific fields. We’re able to offer creative marketing, eCommerce and web design – providing an unrivalled digital offering to the market with depth in creativity, technical resources and experience. We managed to do this quickly as all the agency founders bought into our vision and here we are today, The Digital Maze. A truly integrated digital agency based in Nottingham and ready to help your organisation grow through efficiently winning and retaining your target customers.”

The group currently employs over 45 people and says it is on target to employ more than 30 additional people over the next 12 months.

Twells said: “This feels like a fantastic opportunity for us to capitalise on the already fantastic reputation each of the brands have and become one of the leading digital agencies in the UK. The people involved are what is making this move already successful. The range of expertise the group has is nothing short of incredible and I can’t thank all the individuals involved, from all the brands, enough for their hard work during this transition.”
