Nottingham shopping mall adds seven new tenants

The Victoria Centre

Nottingham’s Victoria Centre has announced a string of leasing deals and new arrivals.

Seven new brands are set to move into the Nottingham shopping mall over the coming months.

John Lewis & Partners has opened the doors to a new pop-up showroom for its new ANYDAY range on the lower floor close to the Parliament Street entrance. High street banking giant TSB has launched a new banking pod, while The Barkery by Frenchie Frenchie has already opened on the lower mall, selling treats for dogs.

Bosses at the shopping centre say they will be joined by a range of other retailers, including “some of the biggest names in fashion and food”.

American shoe brand Skechers will also be opening in the centre, alongside British bike manufacturer Ribble Cycles, homeware specialist House of Home and Nottingham’s Treat Kitchen.

Nigel Wheatley, centre director at Victoria Centre, said: “With the reopening of non-essential retail and indoor hospitality, it feels like the city centre is full of energy again. It’s been a reminder about how much we all enjoy going out to shop and it’s great that we are now able to give shoppers even more to look forward to.

“We have an exciting mix of new brands, including established names like TSB and Skechers, as well as some exciting new independents for people to explore such as Treat Kitchen and The Barkery. We look forward to confirming opening dates over the coming months and will soon be in a position to announce even more new names.

“The last few weeks have shown that shopping is not just about the product, but the whole experience, and these new names will add to that, presenting a range of extra options for shopping and dining with us.”
