IT firm reveals record-breaking customer satisfaction results

Octavian IT, the Cyber Essentials-accredited IT division of the multi-service provider Octavian Group, has continued its stellar year by revealing a record-breaking customer feedback performance.

The company, which routinely measures its feedback from clients as part of its commitment to constant improvement, has scored an average score of 4.93 out of 5 from almost 1,100 customers this year.

Comments from clients include: “Brilliant service”, “Excellent as always” and “Awesome job as always”.

Ben Solomon, managing director of the firm, which has offices in Bingham, Nottinghamshire and Scottsdale, Arizona, is rightly proud of the performance of his team.

He said: “The last 18 months have been a whirlwind for Octavian IT as businesses have changed the way they work – and their teams have become more flexible. We’ve been incredibly busy, and it would have been the easiest thing to let our standards slip. The fact that we’ve actually improved our customer feedback score is testament to the excellent team we have in place – on both sides of the Atlantic. I’d like to pay tribute to their dedication, commitment and professionalism.”

Octavian IT has bucked the trend of the past two years by winning a variety of major contracts with businesses across the globe. The firm now works with companies in the UK, Australia, Canada, Dubai and the US, impacting thousands of international users.
