Car parts company expands into Derby

Car parts firm Digraph has expanded into Derby, taking occupation of 5,812 sq ft of a new build development at Eagle Park.

Digraph is one of the UK’s most successful commercial motor factor businesses, supplying parts from leading manufacturers for the commercial truck and trailer, bus and coach markets.

The company now has 20 branches.

Eagle Park is in an established area of Derby with nearby occupiers such as Screwfix, Howdens, Jewsons, Andrew Page and City Electrical Factors. The new build development of industrial/trade counter units are located just off Alfreton Road with excellent access to major transport routes.

Graham Bancroft, partner at BB&J, the agent responsible for the unit, said: “The letting to Digraph was completed quickly and easily and their use and strong covenant fits in nicely within our client’s portfolio. The transaction showcases the continued strength of the industrial/warehouse market with demand still out stripping supply.”
