Management reshuffle as Talk Staff goes for growth

East Midlands people consultancy Talk Staff has announced a senior management restructuring programme.

Talk Staff’s managing director and co-founder, Gary Parsons, steps into the new role of chief executive officer, while the firm’s new managing director is David Orange, who steps up from sales & marketing director.

The news follows the firm securing funding of over £250,000 towards working capital and other projects.
