Law firm advises on cross-border private equity investment

Law firm Geldards has advised Dublin-based private equity firm Woodberry Capital on a multimillion-pound investment into global talent search firm Redgrave Holdings.

Woodberry Capital is private equity firm led by chief executive and founder Patrick Doran and the deal is the firm’s first investment in the UK.

Leading on the deal from Geldards was corporate partner Debra Martin, with support from colleagues Jenny Chatten, Sarah Bailey and Manjot Shokar.
