Honey plots £14m Derbyshire scheme
Sheffield-based housebuilder Honey has submitted plans to create a £14m development consisting of 50 two, three and four-bedroom homes in South Normanton.
The proposed scheme on Lees Lane will be Honey’s first in Derbyshire, and will go under the name “Amber.”
Work on the new homes is expected to begin in the spring if and when Bolsover District Council gives the thumbs up.
The development will cover a site totalling 4.5 acres.
Honey will also make a £160,000 contribution to local community initiatives.
The firm’s founder Mark Mitchell – formerly CEO at Avant Homes – said: “We have worked very hard to ensure all our homes will provide buyers with an ideal combination of style, substance and sustainability.
“We know there is strong demand for high quality, high specification new homes in South Normanton so we are pleased to submit our plans for consideration by Bolsover District Council.”
