Tim Gilbertson – FHP Property Consultants, Dominic Jackson & James Richards – Clowes Developments, Richard Sutton – NG Chartered Surveyors

Clowes Developments’ Forbes Park scheme in Long Eaton has been fully-let, with the last remaining unit of 26,000 sq ft being taken just before the Christmas break.

The finished scheme means that some 78,000 sq ft has now been built and let by joint agents Tim Gilbertson at FHP Property Consultants and Richard Sutton at NG Chartered Surveyors.

Clowes will now move on to its Stud Brook Business Park in Castle Donington, which comprises 23 units totalling 180,000 sq ft all to be delivered before the end of the year.

The Derbyshire-based property group recorded a turnover of £106m and an operating profit of £26.5m for the financial year 2019-20.

The group holds over 3,000 acres of land and 15,000 residential plots in 130 development sites across the country, including more than 50 office and business parks and several larger mixed-use sites.
