Major investment at Derbyshire golf course

The Morley Hayes golf course

Derbyshire hotel and golf complex, Morley Hayes has completed work on a new buggy path around its golf course.

The newly-built pathway will enable golf buggies to access the Morley Hayes golf course all year round.

The buggy paths weave throughout the 18-hole Championship Manor Course, which is set in parkland.

Players who otherwise are unable to play during the winter months due to restrictions with buggies can now access the course easily, says Morley Hayes

The golf team have also taken delivery of a new fleet of electric E-Z-GO buggies.

Andrew Allsop, managing director at Morley Hayes, said: “We’re excited to introduce our new golf buggy paths to Morley Hayes golfers. We know that an excellent buggy path can contribute to the golfing experience, which is why we decided to invest in building the path.

“The introduction of new electric E-Z-GO buggies will also help our golfers move around the golf course efficiently, especially over the colder months.”
