“Both the brand and the role offer so much opportunity to carve a new path, something that I find really inspiring. The future of the industry lies in providing our people the necessary tools to take charge of their own learning, and I will implement processes and training schemes that champion this method.”
Yousif Aslam, managing director of Heavenly Desserts, said: “As we continue to expand internationally and look to build our presence in Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and America, we felt it was the perfect time to expand the skillset of our senior team, to allow us to train our staff and franchise partners to maintain the brand’s impeccable standards.
“We are passionate about giving customers the same, best-in-class service no matter the location – whether it’s at one of our 48 UK restaurants, or our first location in Canada. We are so pleased to have welcomed Mimi to the team and she’s already proving the perfect fit for our family.”
