Electrical contractor edges towards administration

Future looks bleak for Lincolnshire firm

A Lincolnshire domestic and industrial electrical installation firm has edged closer to administration after posting a second notice of intention to appoint administrators (NOI).

Active Eletrical Services (AES), which is based in Stamford, has posted the second NOI through LCF Law on Friday (14 July). The move will protect the firm the from creditor action for a period of around two weeks.

In its latest accounts, made up to June 30 2022, AES has assets of £359,427 and owed creditors just under £390,000.

The average number of employees across the year was 11.
