Pulse Consult ready to light up the stage at Hot Property 2023

The countdown is officially on for Nottingham Hot Property, and we sat down with headline sponsor Pulse Consult’s Emma Atkins to talk about her and the company’s experiences with the event so far.

What are you most looking forward to about Nottingham Hot Property 2023?

Hot Property is without a doubt Pulse’s biggest event in the business calendar. The excitement of the night is something that’s talked about in the industry throughout the year, and we can’t wait.

What do you think of this year’s theme?

Being a trustee, I’ve had the privilege of feeding into this year’s theme – it’s been something we’ve wanted to do for a good few years now, and with the event falling on the actual Day of the Dead, this year felt like an opportune time!

Why did you decide to sponsor Hot Property?

This is our eighth year sponsoring the event, and we always want to show our support to industry heads who are performing, not to mention our own Pulse members who will be taking the Pryzm stage. It’s also a great way to treat our team to a fun night out.

How has the last year been for you?

It has been a fantastic 12 months for us here at Pulse, achieving our highest annual turnover and staff numbers since we were formed, as well as making several key promotions across the business including two new Directors in Nottingham. In the East Midlands region alone we have secured new frameworks with NHS SBS, Borough Council of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk and University of Nottingham, as well as new projects with De Montfort University,  Mellors Group and the NHS. Across the wider business we continue to grow our numbers and work with new clients such as University of Arts London and SEAT, which includes rolling out their luxury CUPRA City Garages brand flagship stores in prime city locations throughout Europe.

As we enter into our 15th year of business we are looking to bolster our ESG commitments through volunteering, supporting with charitable events and fundraising, growing our ‘Pulse Forest’ through more tree planting and raising awareness of environmental issues through briefing stages of new projects. We are in the process of developing and updating our own core values to capture our new ESG policies and commitments.

The sponsors for this year’s event include Pagabo and Pulse Consult as headline sponsors as well as Pick Everard, Shakespeare Martineau, Overbury, CPMG, Samclo Construction, Pick Everard, Inspired Villages, Selcon, Chord Consult and Faithful+Gould. Joining these are: PR agency Cartwright Communications, design agency RizkMcCayTribe, and the event’s media partner The Business Desk.
