Property firm grows with appointment of new managing director

Derby-based property, finance and legal firm, Sort Group have appointed Keith Ahmed as its new group managing director.

Ahmed joined Sort Group as head of finance and compliance officer in 2018, bringing 15 years of experience in law and 10 in financial services.

His new role as group managing director involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business and taking charge of key company objectives.

Sort Group, comprising SortRefer, Sort Move, and Sort Legal, has experienced significant growth in the past year, thanks to a strong performance in H1.

Since the inception of SortRefer in 2015, the group has consistently expanded, introducing Sort Legal in 2017 and Sort Move in 2020.
