50 jobs to be created at new £3m testing lab

CTS, providers of on-site and laboratory testing services have announced they will be opening a laboratory in Leicester, backed by an initial £3m investment from Phenna Group.

The lab is set to open in 2024 and aims to advance construction materials, environmental chemistry, and water microbiology testing services in the UK.

The new venture will create 50 jobs and employees will be fully trained by its academy.

The new laboratory is part of CTS and Phenna Group’s ongoing expansion to improve environmental and microbiology testing services.

It follows a significant investment in ACS’s chemistry laboratory from last year, strengthening their position as leaders in science and technology within the Phenna Infrastructure Division.
