Law firm expands with addition of new partner

Paul Simpson has joined the law firm Knights as a partner in Lincoln, contributing over 20 years of expertise in corporate law.

Simpson specialises in guiding clients through various situations, including management buy-ins and buyouts, acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, demergers, shareholder and joint venture arrangements, and partnership agreements.

Simpson said: “Knights is a growing business and it’s a great time to join. I’m looking forward to being part of a national team with great experience in all the key regions of the country – including here in the East Midlands. I can’t wait to get started.”
