Contractor posts record turnover of £271m

McLaren Construction’s Midlands and North division, an international contractor, has filed a turnover of £271m for the latest fiscal year.

The contractor achieved a national 22% increase in overall revenues to £964m in 2022/2023 and is set to surpass the £1bn annual turnover mark in 2023/2024.

Over the past 12 months, McLaren Construction (Midlands and North) has also witnessed growth, with new appointments made across its leadership, project, and sustainability teams, and the completion of six projects for the fiscal year 2022/2023.

The Midlands and North division, is focusing on diversifying its public sector projects, particularly in health, education, and remediation, alongside data centres, and industrial and logistics schemes.

As part of the second-generation Framework, which will run from November 1, 2023, for four years, the contractor plans to expand its portfolio of data centre projects with additional schemes scheduled for the next 12 months.
