Leicestershire-based consultancy Pick Everard has been re-appointed to deliver a range of construction consultancy services through the third iteration of Pagabo’s Professional Services Framework for the UK.

The £780m framework begins this month and will continue for another four years.

Jason Stapley, chief procurement officer at Pagabo said: “Professional services is our most popular framework offering so we were expecting a high level of quality bids for the new iteration – and we were not wrong. Now on its third instalment, this framework goes from strength to strength – continually demonstrating quick, simple and effective procurement possibilities.

“There is a perfect blend of continuation from the previous iteration alongside changes that address the needs of clients and suppliers. As a result, the opportunities offered to suppliers are very valuable and clients are provided with easy access to the best selection of organisations in the consultancy industry.”

Pick Everard will cover seven service-specific categories, including Lot 2 – Civil & structural engineering, Lot 3 – Quantity surveying, project & programme management, and lead consultant, Lot 5 – Building surveying, Lot 9 – Building services engineering (M&E), Lot 10 – Architectural design services, Lot 15 – Heritage and Lot 16 – Health and safety consultant including principal designer services.

Alastair Hamilton, partner at Pick Everard, said: “As a business, we continue to make huge strides scaling our operation and our framework appointments have been integral to ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients and end-users. Our values are closely aligned with Pagabo, with a combined track record of working together that has delivered lasting social value in the communities we serve. We share a commitment to championing ethical procurement and maintaining a fair, open and transparent approach to public sector services.

“The level of competition for Pagabo’s frameworks is well-known, so our reappointment speaks to the quality we provide at Pick Everard. Procurement efficiency remains the one mark of certainty in a rapidly changing industry, with local authority budgets constantly being squeezed amidst growing mandates to deliver on wider net zero aims. Our aim on this framework is to help ease some of the concerns our clients are facing, with a real focus on quality, a broad range of service delivery and technical excellence.”
