Law firm announces five senior promotions across the East Midlands

Law firm Howes Percival has announced five senior promotions in the East Midlands.

Miles Barnes, Jeremy Hyde, and Jasmine Mason are now partners, while Neena Jakhu and Rebecca Littlewood have been promoted to directors.

Miles Barnes, based in the Leicester office, focuses on advising businesses on various commercial matters such as trading agreements and outsourcing projects. He also has experience in transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and reorganisations.

Jeremy Hyde

Jeremy Hyde, also based at the Leicester office specialises in corporate matters, particularly private company asset and share transactions, employee ownership trusts, and restructuring. He also assists directors and shareholders with company-related issues like drafting shareholder agreements.

Jasmine Mason

Jasmine Mason, who started as a trainee at Howes Percival, specialises in residential development. She represents regional and national housebuilders and landowners, managing plot sales for developer clients in Leicester. Her expertise extends to site acquisitions, collaboration agreements, and landlord-tenant matters.
