Derbyshire sales and lettings firm acquired in estate agent’s 58th deal
Lomond, an estate agent and letting agency, has expanded further in the East Midlands with its 58th acquisition.
Derbyshire-based Acquire Sales and Lettings, which operates in Derby, Burton and Chesterfield will add to its John Shepherd brand.
The acquisition of the letting firm adds around 700 properties to Lomond’s John Shepherd brand.
It will now operate under the John Shepherd brand, led by chief executive Richard Crathorne.
Crathorne will be helped by his senior team, which includes operations and property management director Chris Blick, lettings director Jack Spellman, and sales director Katie Ridley.
