At this exclusive lunch, we’ll talk to two high-profile health and wellbeing experts about how you and your family can improve your lives through better health.

Zack George is best known for his role as STEEL in the BBC hit TV show, Gladiators, but more recently he has launched a business called Zactiv to boost the health and wellbeing of our next generation.

Zack was once an overweight child with low self esteem, but with family support and a strong mindset, he turned his fortunes around and was crowned ‘The UK’s Fittest Man’ in 2020.

Zack qualified for the CrossFit games in 2020, and came 23rd out of over 200,000 athletes globally, landing him not only the sought after title, but also landing him the front cover of GQ Magazine, Men’s Health Magazine and You Magazine.

Zack has also worked with many brands in the fitness and wellbeing industry, including Myprotein, G Shock,and Sketchers – all brands which wanted to associate themselves with him, his ethos and his attitude to fitness.

Joining Zack is Pete Edwards – a performance coach with over two decades’ of experience.

different sports. He currently works with individuals, teams and organisations (both athletic and in business) to raise performance. At the core of his work is the philosophy of performance though health, not at the expense of it.
