Lincolnshire holiday park unveils new Lake View Lodge Development

Eden Resorts has announced the launch of the Lake View Lodge development at Messingham Lakes, a holiday destination in Lincolnshire.

The site was recently acquired in August 2023 and has been transformed to offer new lakeside holiday homes.

Messingham Lakes is now under the direction of Laurence Corrigan and Iain Brown from Eden Resorts.

The Lake View Lodges development, completed in June, includes 24 new pitches, 20 with private gardens and 4 with lakeside views.

Potential buyers can choose from various options, including incentives like two years of free site fees, a try-before-you-buy scheme, and available financing. Upgrades such as hot tubs and outdoor dining areas are also available.

Among the lodges for sale is the Pathfinder Retreat, priced at £145,000, featuring a private garden, pagoda, and high-end finishes.
