Major golf and hotel complex up for sale

Staverton Park Hotel & Golf Club in Northamptonshire, the 247-bedroom hotel and golf resort, is up for sale.

Property adviser Christie & Co has been appointed to market the complex, which include an 61 conference suites, the largest of which can host approximately 420 guests, with views across the 18-hole PGA Championship quality golf course.

The prestigious golf course includes a golf driving range and club house, including a club bar, restaurant with outdoor patio area as well as a function room. The hotel also offers health and leisure facilities complete with a 15-metre swimming pool and a gym.
