Engineering firm sharpens its edges with supplier acquisition

A precision engineering firm in Hinckley has acquired one of its key suppliers.
H2M Engineering, which produces machined components, has acquired Accurate Grinding, bringing both companies under one roof.
The acquisition was advised upon by Midlands law firm Wright Hassall, which represented H2M Engineering’s managing director, Andy Forryan and production and engineering director, Martin Forryan, in the transaction.
Accurate Grinding, previously based in Barwell, specialises in grinding machines to shape, grind, and finish metal components.
The business has now relocated to H2M Engineering’s site.
