Cooper Parry steps up with digital specialist acquisition

Castle Donington-based accountancy firm Cooper Parry (CP) has acquired Front Foot, a specialist in marketing cloud intelligence (formerly Datorama), continuing its expansion into the digital sector.

The acquisition adds to CP’s digital portfolio, which already includes Cloud Orca and MacroFin.

Front Foot founders Christian Osborne and Sam Eaton will join CP as data & intelligence directors.

Since 2017, Front Foot has provided AI-driven marketing intelligence to a wide range of clients, including global agencies, multinational corporations, e-commerce businesses, publishers, governments, retailers, SMBs, and independent digital agencies.

The deal marks CP’s 12th deal in the last 22 months.
