Hat-trick of office deals sealed in Market Harborough

Three office premises at Market Harborough’s The Point Business Park on Rockingham Road have been sold.
GloverPriest Solicitors has acquired Unit 19, a 4,000 sq ft office space.
The firm, previously based in managed offices at Parker House on Leicester Road for three years, sought larger premises to support its client base.
A company specialising in energy systems and air conditioning has purchased Unit 33, a 1,500 sq ft business space.
In the final deal, an education sector operator, already present at the business park, secured Unit 15, approximately 3,500 sq ft, as an investment.
The new owner has instructed Eddisons to let the first-floor offices.
Amanda Lawrence of Eddisons’ Kettering & Northampton agency led the marketing and negotiations on all three deals at The Point Business Park.
Lee Salih from Eddisons’ said: “While initially thinking of a town centre office location, in reviewing our plans for recruitment and the extension of our already diverse range of services, The Point Business Park became the obvious choice. It has excellent accessibility for employees and clients alike, and we are among like-minded professional business services companies – many of whom offer complementary services to ours.”
