Management set to take over at Pera Technology

The jobs of around 80 staff have been saved at Pera Technology after the Melton Mowbray business announced a management buy-out.

A new firm called Pera Technology Solutions, which was incorporated on 4 March will take over the running of the business, which called in the administrators on 11 April.

Chief executive of Pera Technology Paul Tranter has confirmed that all staff from the old business will transfer over to the new one.

Shareholders in Pera Techology Solutions are: Alan Baxter; Simon Fawcett; Paul Groves; Dean Hallam; Edward de Paz; and Paul Tranter – all of whom are equal partners.

Darren Brookes and Gary Corbett of Milner Boardman & Partners were the administrators.
