Castle Bedrooms rests easy in Keyworth

Castle Bedrooms has taken the vacant Co-op building in the Nottinghamshire village of Keyworth in a deal brokered by FHP.

Castle Bedrooms is headquarted in Derby and says it has been looking to expand for some time.

Matt Revill of FHP who let the unit said: “Since our instruction, we received a great deal of interest on this property, however the strict guidelines for our client prohibited many of the users that aimed to acquire the unit.

“After receiving pressure from local council and residents of Keyworth to let the unit due to its deteriorating façade, we offered the unit to Castle Bedrooms who had an active requirement for the Nottinghamshire area.

“As soon as we visited their current showroom, it was clear that Castle Bedrooms would be the perfect operator for this unit.

The Keyworth site will be Castle Bedrooms’ second showroom, and they plan to open in summer 2016.
