On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

East Midlands property agency Innes England appointed of chartered surveyor Paul Rogers as an associate director.

Rogers joins Innes England from ARC Building Consultancy in Nottingham where he focussed on commercial consultancy, specifically dilapidations and exit strategies.

He has over 15 years’ experience as a chartered building surveyor in London, Northampton and Nottingham working for both private and public sector clients on schemes including the £1.3m internal fit-out for Leica Geosystems flagship EMEA and UK head office in Milton Keynes.

Michael Nadin has been promoted to senior solicitor at Qdos Legal Services.

He will also take on the role of dputy for Jayne Egginton, director.

Nadin said: “I am delighted to be taking on this new role, and I am looking forward tremendously to working with the board to grow the business further.”

William Davis Homes’ Grange Park development has appointed Karen Buck as consultant with senior level sales experience in residential and luxury properties.

She will work alongside Grange Park’s existing sales team of Stephanie Holland and Claire Bryers.
