Hopwood PR chosen to nurture ‘Plant Culture’

Hopwood PR has been appointed to provide media relations and marketing communications support to Attenborough Arts Centre.

Leicester’s longest-established public relations agency, Hopwood will be raising awareness of the upcoming exhibition ‘Plant Culture’ in the centre’s new gallery, opened in January by Sir David Attenborough.

The agency’s managing director, Duncan Hopwood, said: “We are delighted to be working with Attenborough Arts Centre. These are exciting times in Leicester, and the new gallery at the centre increases its importance for the city’s cultural identity and prides itself on being incredibly inclusive to all kinds of people.

“It will be fascinating to work with the centre as they explore the connections between plants and art, which we hope will widen the appeal of the exhibition beyond art lovers to those with an interest in plants, horticulture and gardening.”

AAC hosts regular creative courses and workshops, contemporary art exhibitions, performance and live art, theatre and comedy, live music and jazz, dance, activities for children and families, and more.
