FHP posts impressive profits hike

East Midlands commercial property agent FHP saw its profits surge by 47% last year and has declared itself ready to grow revenues and profits even further.
Profit before tax for the year ending 31 December 2015 stood at £1.14m – up from £774,805 in 2014, whilst revenue grew from £3.94m to £4.52m over the same period.
FHP says growing revenue is “a key area of strategic focus” for the Board.
Despite the hike in profits and revenues the directors declined to pay a dividend for the period.
In a statement, director John Proctor said: “The directors continue to be committed to the following priorities to guide the business through the next 12 months: absolute focus on clients; drive productivity to increase quality, reduce cost and improve operating margin across all business lines; take advantage of new areas of opportunity and continue to grow annuity revenue; protect and grow market share; and attract key business leaders.”
FHP employs 60 people in its offices across the East Midlands.
