Sales expert extends its geographical reach with North East launch
Blackburn-based Sales Geek has expanded its network further with its latest launch, this time covering Newcastle and Northumberland.
Experienced sales director Lee Shipsey is heading the new location, bringing more than 30 years of B2B sales experience.
From starting out as a contracts engineer at Newcastle-based NEI Parsons, Shipsey’s sales career has progressed through more senior sales roles, initially in the control systems market and then the utilities industry where he was the deputy CEO of Durham and Peterborough-based, Wave Utilities, and sales and marketing director, of Edinburgh-based Business Stream, prior to launching Sales Geek in Newcastle.
Sales Geek is a provider of sales consultancy expertise and sales training for businesses of all sizes across the UK and internationally.
Established in 2017, the North West company has doubled in size every year since launch, expanding coverage to include London, Glasgow, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield, Bolton, Coventry, Leicester, Shropshire, Belfast, and North Wales in the past year alone, while its Sales Geek Hub app now has users across the globe.
Mr Shipsey said: “Working with businesses of all shapes and sizes, my role is to provide a part time or interim sales director service to drive significant growth in my clients’ revenues and profit.
