Michael Page moves to Spinningfields

RECRUITMENT firm Michael Page has taken a 10-year lease on 10,300 sq ft at 3 Hardman Square in Spinningfields.

It is the second major new occupier for the building this year following the 22,000 sq ft letting to WorldPay in January.  Quoting rental levels for the building are at £30 per sq ft. 

CBRE acted on behalf of  Müller International,  the country asset manager for  the landlord, Credit Suisse Asset Management.

Michelle Rothwell of CBRE said: “This is another significant deal for Manchester but more importantly for 3 Hardman Square and Spinningfields, which has seen a significant level of demand. Michael Page is one of the country’s most successful recruitment consultancies and we are pleased that they have selected 3 Hardman Square as its new Manchester base.”
