Bristol team renews and lets 40,000 sq ft of office space at Beacon Tower

Savills, representing AEW, has leased and renewed nine offices at Beacon Tower in Bristol, totalling approximately 40,000 sq ft in the past year.

The common areas and vacant offices underwent refurbishment overseen by the Savills Bristol project management team.

The scheme provides a mix of traditional leased spaces and fully equipped CAT A+ suites, offering a turnkey solution to tenants.

Notably, one occupier moved into a fully operational 30-person office on the same day the lease was signed.

Beyond the office lettings, the ground floor retail area is fully occupied, featuring Luxe Fitness, Smile 2 Impress dental practice, and Banh Wagon, a Vietnamese-inspired street food café.

These additions complement Bambalan, operating a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant terrace and rooftop bar at the podium level of the building.
