Evri agrees deal to create regional distribution hub
Parcel delivery giant Evri has signed a deal to create a regional distribution hub close to the Severn Bridge.
It has let a 113,573 sq ft building at Central Approach, which is the final building at the site developed by Trebor and Hillwood. Evri will move in alongside existing occupiers Oxford Instruments, Warburtons, and CGI.
Last month private equity firm Apollo Global Management acquired Evri for £2.7bn, and revealed plans to employ another 8,000 couriers, along with around 1,000 warehouse and other supporting roles.
James Drew, development director at Trebor, said: “The letting of the building continues Trebor’s record of delivering best in class schemes in the South West region and providing facilities for leading global operators. We are actively working to bring forward further developments in this market area”.
Trebor and Hillwood were represented by Colliers and CBRE. EVRi was represented by LSH.
