Bristol city centre building sold for £2.1m

The sale of a prestigious building in Bristol city centre has been completed.

Lambert Smith Hampton completed the sale of Hanover House on behalf of a private landlord.

Hanover House has been acquired by Rengen Developments for £2.1 million, which plans to convert the upper floors of the building while retaining existing ground floor occupiers.

Rengen Developments work in a variety of sectors offering a diverse range of skills for new build, refurbishment, listed buildings and national monuments.

The property is situated in the heart of the Old City and is a mixed-use development totalling 8,500 sq ft. The building is fully let to Dirty Martini, Stretto Architects, Wards Solicitors, Belltown Power and Digital Visitor.

LSH has acted on behalf of the private client for a number of years in all areas including property management, lease advisory, agency and building surveying services.
