Gloucestershire garages go under the hammer

Auctioneers Bond Wolfe have been instructed by the Ministry of Justice to sell four freehold lock-up garages in Gloucestershire in their next livestreamed sale on Thursday 26 October.

The garages form part of a 14 garage block, with three of the garages positioned together and a single garage further along the row.

All the garages on Eastley Close, Eastley Park, Falfield are empty and require renovation and repair and are offered freehold with a guide price of £15,000-£20,000.

They are situated on a small residential estate close to HMP Eastwood Park.

Ron Darlington, consultant director of Bond Wolfe, said: “This is an unusual lot but could provide much needed garaging and storage space for the right local buyer with some DIY skills.”

The Falfield properties are among 170 lots that are appearing in Bond Wolfe’s next auction, which will start at 9am on Thursday 26 October.
