Bruton Knowles has been instructed to dispose of 75,000 sq ft of industrial and warehousing space in Worcestershire.

Acting on behalf of AMCO Services (International), Bruton Knowles’ Worcester office has been appointed as joint letting agents with Knight Frank on 16A Blackpole Trading Estate East, a 23,330 sq ft distribution centre on a 2.54 acre site, in Worcester.

AMCO, which previously occupied the unit, has relocated to a new regional distribution depot on Ravensbank Business Park, Redditch.

In Malvern, Bruton Knowles has been instructed by ESP to market Sentinel House, a 49,630 sq ft production and warehouse complex on Enigma Business Park, adjacent to Neoperls and Automated Packaging’s recently extended production facilities.

ESP is relocating to a new purpose-built facility on Blackmore Park.

Lance Turner, head of Bruton Knowles’ commercial agency team in Worcester, said: “This is a significant double instruction for the Worcester office and demonstrates the level of recognition we have achieved in less than six months since the office opened.

“For businesses looking to relocate to new premises in Worcestershire, both of these properties provide excellent accommodation in established business locations. As such, we have already received a good level of enquiries.”

Sentinel House and 16A Blackpole Trading Estate are the latest in a trio of significant instructions for the Worcester office. In March, Bruton Knowles was instructed to let Premier House, a 75,705 sq ft industrial and warehouse unit on Hortonwood Industrial Estate, Telford.
