Solihull trading estate gets new tenants

63,000 sq ft on the Elmdon Trading estate in Solihull have been let by Aberdeen Standard Investments to three tenants.

Birmingham Airport, On-Logistics and Optimas have each taken a newly refurbished warehouse unit of 21,000 sq ft on the Elmdon site.

The Elmdon estate is well located with excellent transport links to the M6 and the M42, with Birmingham Airport and the NEC both being close by.

The site provides full 24/7 security and management, car parking and a well landscaped environment.

The remaining spaces on the site are either due to be tenanted or fully refurbished by Aberdeen Standard Investments, as 43 of the 44 units available are now occupied.

Craig Thomson, the Aberdeen Fund Manager said: “We are very happy to welcome new tenants Optimas, On-Logistics and Birmingham Airport to these newly refurbished units on Elmdon Trading Estate. The lettings demonstrate the strength of occupational demand in the Midlands, and reinforce our commitment to continue investing in Elmdon Trading Estate.”
