£3.5m Redditch development completes

A 24,000 sq ft development in Redditch, comprising industrial and commercial space, has completed.

Crescent Trade Park at Moons Moat is now open to new tenants.

The development was completed by Halesowen based A&H Construction & Developments, and has been brought forward by MacMullen Associates.

The £3.5m scheme is being marketed by Bromwich Hardy and KWB who confirm that there is a high level of interest from a variety of enquirers. Greggs is already in situ, and Subway is fitting out one of the units for its use. A local business has signed up to take one of the ten trade counter units, and lawyers are finalising the arrangement.

The whole development has a great feel to it and Moons Moat is the best industrial area of Redditch with great connections to the motorways, which makes it a very attractive prospect for business looking to locate here.”
