Developer acquires vacant industrial site for resi scheme

SevenCapital has secured a 5.7-acre vacant industrial site in Dudley with planning permission to build 93 houses.

Located on Marriott Road and overlooking the Dudley Canal, the development is set to feature a mix of 45 two and three-storey townhouses each with a private garden, and 48 apartments with a total gross development value of £16m.
