Trio of new tenants on Midlands business park

THREE businesses have taken up units on an industrial park in Wolverhampton.

The trio of firms have moved into offices on Element Court, the development on Hilton Cross Business Park owned by PxP West Midlands, the joint venture between Advantage West Midlands and property investors Langtree.

Netzsch Geratebau GmbH has taken a 1,780 sq ft office on a six-year lease.

The analysing and testing business unit of the worldwide Netzsch Group develops and manufactures instruments for thermal analysis and thermophysical properties measurement.

Joining Netzsch Geratebau are AMG Consulting Services and an unnamed tenant who have taken 1,780 sq ft and 1,600 sq ft offices on six and five-year leases respectively.

Peter Davies, operations director of the UK branch office of Netzsch Geratebau, said: “We felt our business would benefit from newer, more accessible premises which were closer to the motorway network, and Element Court ticked all these boxes.”

Helen Gordon, senior property manager at PxP West Midlands, added: “We are delighted to welcome three new tenants to Element Court, and we look forward to progressing the current interest we have into deals.”

Element Court is 19,620 sq ft and has eight two-storey self-contained office buildings ranging from 1,780 to 4,120 sq ft.

The joint agents for Element Court are Bulleys and King Sturge’s Birmingham office.
