Second Sutton Coldfield scheme for Court Collaboration

PROPERTY developer Court Collaboration has completed a deal to purchase a site in Sutton Coldfield for a £4m residential project.

It has bought 10 Digby Road which is to be transformed into seven high-end apartments.

The site, which was previously a commercial repossession by RBS and had been vacant for a number of years, has been purchased with the support of existing funding partner ORE UK, as well as the property finance arm of Aldermore Bank.

It will see the current property demolished to make way for a new development of seven high-specification two and three-bedroom apartments.

The scheme, to be known as The Chase, is Court Collaboration’s second development in Sutton Coldfield after it purchased the town’s former Council House in 2014.

This is currently being transformed into Royal Sutton Place, 18 apartments which will retain many of the building’s original features.

Anthony McCourt, CEO of Court Collaboration, said: “Our investment in The Chase shows our commitment to Sutton Coldfield, and in addition to Royal Sutton Place, this development will create even more luxury homes like nothing the Royal town has seen before.

“These apartments will be spacious, high-tech and fitted out to an incredibly high standard, and will complement this sought-after address.”

Court Collaboration has appointed construction company Kavannagh Partnership to carry out the development of the site, with work commencing imminently.
