Doors open at luxury apartments scheme

North Yorkshire property developer, Quattro Property Group, has opened the doors on the first show apartment at its Southfield & Ellis House development in Harrogate.

The former Southfield House office building on Station Parade has been transformed into nine apartments, alongside Ellis House, a new building which will house a further 11 contemporary apartments with undercroft parking serving both buildings.

Contractor, Castlehouse Construction is on track to meet the expected practical completion for the 20-apartment scheme, which is earmarked for the end of summer 2020.

The development, located in a conservation area on the corner of Station Parade and York Place, will mainly offer two bedroom apartments, with the inclusion of two one bedroom apartments.

Kris Carpenter, development director of Quattro Property Group, said: “We are delighted to unveil our show apartment at Southfield House.

“We look forward to showcasing this contemporary apartment scheme which offers discerning house buyers everything they need for modern, luxury living in one of the best places to live in the county.

“The regional apartment market remains strong, with Harrogate in particular continuing to be a property hotspot offering a great place to live, work and visit.

“We are confident our new development will have huge appeal, despite these challenging times.”
